Okay. So at this point we've bought a fast ferry for a company, gave them stupid amounts of money to operate it on Lake Ontario and then, when the company couldn't survive, bought the fast ferry so that we could run it ourselves and let the other company fade away. Oh, except for this holding company which bought the right to rent shops in the port from the city for $1.
