Dear HP,

I appreciate that you use the money you get from vendors who are in your pre-installed package for laptops. And that money helps you keep alive in a market not known for large margins.

That said, Vongo has officially pissed me off with its unwillingness to be un-installed. Stupid piece of crap program that keeps trying to re-install itself. Tonight, it shall be WAR!
