John's Question of the Day is Camarilla related.
So, we have this mage venue in the Camarilla. The game itself is pretty awesome, and based around themes of wonder and hubris (at least IMNSHO).
It is not, necessarily, based around mixing and matching mechanical effects until you find the best one, and then bragging about it.
Given a Camarilla game where nearly everyone is a master of at least one Arcana, how do we prevent games from devolving into the latter and encourage them to be the former?
Because, really - the email lists are pretty crap-tacular. But I think that's way more of a problem.
