So we lost one of our developers this week - he decided to go try his luck at starting his own business selling a program he had been working on before he came to Genesee. This is sad.

That said, we're looking for a software developer. I've posted it to Monster.Com, but here's the ad repeated:

We are currently interviewing talented software developers for the development and design of survey and reporting projects. The position will involve mostly presentation layer design work using C#, ASPX, ASP, VB, VB script, Javascript and COM+ DLL’s.

Job Responsibilities
• Participate in design activities by analyzing project requirements and specifications
• Code, maintain, and test software modules in ASP.NET using C#
• Code, maintain, and test software modules in ASP using VB script, Javascript
• Design and create graphically aesthetic applications using both the web and windows.

Qualifications and Experience
B.S. or advanced degree in EE/CE/CS with five or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Design and program experience with C#, ASPX, ASP, HTML, VB, VB script and Javascript
• Experience with MS SQL 2000 and MS Access
• Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse development environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
