Well, I just got off the phone with our Realtor (Joyce Miglioratti; I recommend her to anyone looking for a house in Rochester). We've instructed her to accept the counter-offer the owners of the house we were looking at have made. Assuming everything beyond this point goes smoothly (and there's a lot of things that can go wrong), we will be closing at the end of March or beginning of April.
And once that's done and our lease is up, we'll be living at 107 Hoover Road. The listing won't be up for too much longer, probably; I'll pull the pictures from the gallery and post them here later. And probably I'll get some better pictures when we go through the engineer's inspection.
